Effect of aminalon and picamilon on NLRP3 inflammasome activation in pancreatic cells during alloxan-induced diabetes mellitus

It has been suggested that NLRP3 (NOD-, LRR- and pyrin domain-containing protein 3) activation is a critical trigger for functional impairment damage to pancreatic -cells in type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). In this work, using the immunohistochemical method, we studied effect of aminalon picamilon on early modulation inflammasome activity during experimental alloxan-induced DM laboratory rats. Per os administration (500 mg/kg) (250 5 days before alloxan after injection, suppression was noted, as indicated by significant decrease area immunopositive pancreatocytes (21,30 5,44) (39,31 5,24) %, respectively, relative value group animals were not treated (75,197,69%). The results study showed preparations with GABAergic action promoted correction disorders pancreas inhibiting pancreatocytes.
